Glen Goh

Glen has extensive experience in property development and investment in Western Australia. Through his many years of operating a boutique property development firm, he has successfully delivered many projects that are aesthetical, functional, and more importantly, profitable.

Glen has a keen eye for good development sites. Coupled with his strong analytical skills, he is able to capitalise on opportunities and successfully delivered profitable results to his stakeholders. Glen's strong discipline in budgeting and risk management ensures that key project and market risks are carefully analysed and satisfactorily mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.

Glen is responsible for initiating and capitalising on development opportunities. Glen is driven to achieve the company's vision and goals.

Yuet Kang Chow

For over two decade, Chow has strong experience in property investment and project management. His hands-on knowledge in major building renovation projects has equipped him with deep understanding of the building processes and project management.

Chow's strengths lie in delivering projects promptly and within budget. Having successfully worked on and delivered projects of various magnitude and complexities, he adopts stringent project management and execution philosophies. Chow balances diverse stakeholder requirements, undertakes careful and thoughtful planning, and direct management of key activities, budget, cashflow and risks. Being a skilled negotiator and presenter, he is also actively participating in the marketing initiatives at a company and project level.

Chow is responsible for managing the company's project portfolio and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Chow supports Glen in identifying and assessing development opportunities.

Yew Kwan

Kwan started out as a real-estate agent in Singapore and accumulated his experiences and investors network before migrating to Australia. Kwan has been involved with property development in Perth and takes a hands-on approach in property construction. He is well versed with the property development cycle, starting from identifying potential land, working through the development plans, working with various government agencies and the costs of construction.

Kwan is responsible for working with various investors to identify the investment objectives before embarking on the development cycle.

Siva Thirumalai

Siva comes from a Financial Services background and has extensive experience in assisting client meet their financial and insurance needs. Siva has strong business development and communication skills and experience.

Siva is responsible for driving the business development activities, as well as managing investors' communication.
