Our team has successfully delivered a variety of development projects ranging from small land subdivisions to multi-level apartment buildings.

This project involves the development of a mixed used apartment building located in the heart of the Canning Bridge Activity Centre, an exciting urban revitalisation initiatives driven by the City of South Perth. We are currently in the process of obtaining planing approval.

This project involves the development of 2 contemporary houses on a 817m2 site. The development was designed and built to a high level of specification targeting families and professionals wanting a modern home in a good location.

This project involves the development of 4 two-storey townhouses on a 1,013m2 site. All the units were sold quickly upon market launch given the convenient location, visual appeal and efficient floor plans. More importantly, the project delivered an excellent financial return to the project stakeholders.
